Relax in the jacuzzi while you enjoy the sunset or gaze at the stars. A dream spot for lovers of sun, sand, and surf. You will appreciate that your only steps away from the beach. Spend an entire day having fun in the sun! We have your beach needs covered with provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, flippers, and plenty of beach toys.
Located in Mission Beach this home has over 20 restaurants, markets and coffee shops within walking distance.
Within minutes you can ride the local coaster at Belmont Park, visit SeaWorld, or enjoy the day at the zoo. San Diego has so much to see and do! Ride the ferry to the land of OZ in beautiful Coronado and visit Emerald City Surf Shop Pick up your free gift with purchase while your there!
Decorated in bright colors and personal touch, the attention to detail can be appreciated. With an open floor plan and hardwood floors this home embraces the essence of the laid-back Cali lifestyle. We can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The private 14' X 28' bedroom has a queen bed, tv, dresser, and wardrobe. Two sleeping mats provided fit perfectly on top of the futon couches in the living room for extra comfort. Traveling with Children is not a problem with two high chair options, stroller, pack n play, step stool, and plenty of toys for kids of all ages. A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities give you the option of eating in. Two can dine at the bar, or comfortably seat 4 at the dining table. We provide soft white linens, color- safe shampoo/moisturizing conditioner, bar soap, blow-dryer, and 1" curling iron. A washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit and available for use. Unpack your bags and hang up your clothes on thick wooden hangers in the closet, or folded in the dresser. Wrinkles will not be a problem with a clothes steamer and iron provided. High speed WI-FI is provided with spectrum cable service. Apple TV and Wii are connected in the living room. You can listen to the radio, or connect your music device to the bluetooth speaker or AUX cord.

"Larry's place is a great spot for a couple! My fiancé and I spent a few days there while on vacation in San Diego. We didn't do a ton of sight-seeing and wanted a good place to relax, and this spot was perfect! The beach view from the huge porch made a great place to get some work done and get some sun. Larry was very responsive to our questions and needs and the house was very clean, we had a great trip!

"Amazing location! We appreciated all the amenities, as well as the style and cleanliness of the place. It was a perfect place for families - our 18 month old loved all the toys and we felt very safe in the space. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook many great meals. Obviously the hot tub is a huge perk. Great stay!"

"This place was exactly as advertised and was total California. I loved the bright colors, spaciousness, and having everything available. Towels were big and absorbent, bed was comfortable with great linens and comforters. The beach is very close and it’s a great beach to take a morning or evening stroll, watch the surfers or just relax listening to the waves. I would definitely stay here again."
